Thanks for the interesting post.  As you know &#039;what motivates a sales person&#039; is a strong interest of mine, along with promoting the fact that sales people are not generally how others presume they are...

With this in mind, readers of this post might also be interested in a survey I conducted recently - to a similar number of people that you polled. Very interesting survey.  I would view any survey response over 30 as statistically significant, so while I don&#039;t think we can read too much into the 18-24 grouping (3%, or 4 people) and possible also consultants (6%, maybe 8 people), the results for sales people 35-54 are extremely illuminating, and rewarding for us to see I would suggest.</description>
